		<description>Rani, Really like your ideas here for lessening negativity - good ideas on the language - toning down the intensity. I&#039;ve found that really works for me. It matters what I say, but especially how I say it. If I have any negative intention behind my words, I end up feeling like crap, and I hate that, it means I have some work to do to apologize and adjust my attitude. Thanks for the post.</description>
