SFBHN seeks to support providers in their mission to serve our community while working closely to identify and address existing or emerging needs and gaps in the community through various means including funding opportunities, technical support, guidance and monitoring of compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, training opportunities, and leveraging of resources and networking opportunities.

Provider Incident Reporting
Incidents must be reported into the Incident Reporting and Analysis System (IRAS) within 24 hours of occurrence/discovery. Incidents that have an immediate impact on the health or safety of a consumer, has potential media impact, or involves employee-related incidents of criminal activity, must be reported immediately upon discovery to Joy Jowdy at 786-507-7445.
