Tips for Mental Wellness during the Hurricane

Experiencing emotional distress as a hurricane approaches is not uncommon. Feelings of overwhelming anxiety, having trouble sleeping, constantly worrying and other depression-like symptoms are common during hurricanes. The best thing you can do is try to remain calm and prepare yourself, your family and your property.
